Oko Pinot Grigio

Oko Pinot Grigio is an elegant white wine from the Veneto region of Italy, made from 100% organically grown Pinot Grigio grapes under the Delle Venezie D.O.C. designation. With an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 12%, it embodies freshness and balance, reflecting Oko's vision of premium winemaking in harmony with nature. The grapes are hand-harvested, de-stemmed, and macerated for 20 hours with a soft press, then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 60°F. This careful process preserves the fruit's purity and crisp acidity that define the wine's character.

The profile opens with aromas of fresh fruit. At the same time, the palate offers bright citrus flavors and lively acidity, creating a refreshing, versatile wine.
